We offer lockers for you to store your personal belongings during your training session. Members are required to have their own personal padlock. You have the option to bring your own padlock, or you can purchase one at the reception.

Our Roaming Membership provides access to all classes and facilities across our Cork City clubs. Enjoy the flexibility to work out or join classes at any location within the city

External Personal Trainers are not permitted at our facilities. However, we offer a team of highly qualified and approved trainers available at OneLife to support you in achieving your fitness goals. Feel free to inquire about our in-house Personal Training options for a tailored fitness experience

Non-members can access our facilities by purchasing a day pass at reception. Experience our top-notch amenities and classes for a day at any of our clubs.

At OneLife, we understand that life’s demands can interrupt our fitness routines. To make your return hassle-free without the need for re-signing, we provide the option to freeze your membership for €5 per month for direct debit members. Please note that, unfortunately, pre-paid or annual members are not eligible for membership freezes at this time. To initiate a freeze, kindly complete the Freeze Membership Form for your club before the 24th of the month to adjust your payment for the upcoming billing date. Members can opt for a minimum freeze of one month, aligning with our membership billing date on the 1st of each month.

To terminate your monthly subscription, a notice of one calendar month is required. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in an additional payment being deducted to fulfil the notice period. Cancellations are not accepted via phone, social media, or at reception. To proceed with cancelling your membership, kindly complete the Membership Cancellation Form provided.
